Dallas had his interview at the mine this morning. He is still there right now but he called to say it had gone well. We won't know for sure the outcome for 1-2 weeks, during which time the mine will be doing a background check.
If he does get hired, it sounds like he will really enjoy the work. He will first go into a general labor pool where he will spend two weeks in each area of the mine. After 8-16 weeks he will be assigned to a specific job. They consider what area he would like to work under in addition to what areas need workers.
So, keep those prayers going up for another week or two. We aren't out of the woods yet but we are getting closer.

Sounds like it went well, we will keep your family in our prayers. The mine would definetly get a GREAT person if they hired him.
